I dearly wish Syntax6 was on LJ. I think this is her best finished casefile/mystery story, at least among those still available to her readers. She was pretty good even at the beginning, but she just got better and better as she went along. I also like the fic she took off her site (although it's still there, just not visible.) Since she'll send a link to anyone who asks, if you want it, let me know. It's called "Scavenger." She took it down with the intention of turning it into a novel, but got side-tracked by real life.

(Although she does make the mistake of thinking that "Requiem" et al. actually happened, which, of course, is not correct.;)

Actually, I think she lives in a Requiem-free world herself, or so she says on her site.
