There are other quotes I love just as much - if not more, maybe - but in 1999 I read this story aloud into a tape recorder and sent the cassette to a fellow X-Files fan in Finland. Said fan is now my wife, so it holds a lot of significance for me. This quote in particular from that story has always stayed with me.
