I like the way we are comparing and contrasting two fics from the S4/5 hiatus at the moment, and I would like to suggest a similar approach with two fics that try to explain the missing time in All Things. Two I'm thinking of are Confirmation (http://s88210564.onlinehome.us/bonetree/confirmation.txt) by Bonetree, which is quite angsty, and Night Song (http://krycek.gossamer.org/display.php?NightSong.Zuffy) by Zuffy, which is more light-hearted. They're both pretty short, in fact Confirmation is a vignette, so we could probably do them both in one week.

I love both these fics because they're beautifully written, and even though they represent events in very different ways, I think they're both still true to character.
