In conjunction with the upcoming premiere of the new film, we are going to be reading a series of post-"The Truth" stories, some long, some short. All of them will make for some good (if abbreviated) discussion. The theme selections begin the end of this week, the marathon fic-a-day on July 18th and will run through August 3rd, to give those of you who are not going to see the film until then something to do, especially if you are trying to avoid spoilers.
mackenziegrace has started up a little community for other spoilerphobes:
xfspoilerfree, which should be fun, too.
Here is a tentative schedule.
July 11th: Ghosts by Anjou

July 19th: One and Only, First and Last by onpaperfirst
July 20th: nightblindness by Shaye
July 21st: What The Thunder Said by Firecracker
July 22nd: The Right to Remain Silent by Suture
July 23rd: Scenes for Quiescence by JET
July 24th: Backlash by Joann Humby
July 25th: Some Sunny Day by Maidenjedi
July 26th: Ash by Cofax
July 27th: Whose Work Has Come to Nothing by bcfan
July 28th: Almost by Mary Parker
July 29th: Coda by inlaterdays
July 30th: Grace by Bardsmaid
July 31st: Badlands by J.S. Michel
August 1st: In the usual way (inches a year) by Sarken.
August 2nd: Waiting For the Longest Time by missparker85
August 3th: Said the Night Wind by Meredith
August 4th: The Great Baseball Prodigy of Caribou Cove by Susanna Starz
I have tried to provide something here for everyone. If there is a story so great that this reccathon would be incomplete without it, leave a comment. I'll read it and get back to you.
If you have already read one or more of these and would like to be a guest mod, write the introduction, and post the entry, please let me know. If the story's current entry date doesn't work for you, that can be changed to meet your needs.
