I haven't read fic in 4-5 years but I'll consider these three I'll never forget (probably because I read them over and over again) as my favorites.
1. Miracle by Tesla. http://fluky.gossamer.org/display.php?Miracle.Tesla the casefile is intriguing and the UST is so sexy.
2. Song of Experience/Song of Innocence by Christy http://fluky.gossamer.org/display.php?SongOfExperience1.Christy I love this novel and the sequel so much. It's basically what might have happened if Scully had kept Will and when Mulder comes back 6 or 7 years later.
3. I have known a boy named Fox and a Man named Mulder by Penny Daza http://fluky.gossamer.org/display.php?IHaveKnownABoyNamedFox.Daza one of the strangest and most beautiful pieces. I like it because it's unlike anything I've ever read (and I've read a LOT of fic) and is a new angle to their relationship.
